None of the presented rules can be taken out
of context, all rules complement each other and act as a unified system.
1. Deposits are
non-refundable, the balance can only be used for purchasing cards.
Calculate your balance wisely and plan your expenses.
2. Any scam activity against
the administration or users will result in account suspension and public
disclosure in the community.
3. A refund request can be
submitted within 20 minutes of viewing the full card information, but no
later than 2 hours from the time of card purchase. Provided that the
card is invalid or the specified data is missing.
4. We do not refund for
prepaid cards. Pay attention to the return policy information for each
card.
5. We do not check card
balances prior to selling and do not refund cards with low
balances.
6. If our card validation
system confirms a card's invalidity, the refund request will be
considered automatically, without needing to create a ticket. In other
cases, a card's return requires the confirmation of its
invalidity.
6.1. If the card has been
checked by a third party validator using methods that include debit from
card or AVS methods, we will be forced to refuse the refund as such
validation methods can 'kill' the exact card.
Only use card validators and validation methods that have been approved
by the Administration.
Please contact Administration to ensure that you can use this checker
and validation method, before checking the card validity.
7. You can always create a
ticket for an in-depth review of a card refund issue, including if you
are dissatisfied with the return decision.
8. Timely download the
purchased cards from the store. Although we do not delete them after
purchase, we cannot guarantee their long-term storage.
9. The minimum amount for
withdrawing the affiliate (referral) balance is $50.
10. Don't insult the tech
support and don't jump to conclusions about the service if you don't
like their decision, they strictly follow established rules. If you
think they violate rules or insult you, create a ticket on this topic,
in this case, one of the administrators will personally handle and solve
your issue.
11. In order to maintain a
fair and balanced transaction system, our policy stipulates that if the
total value of refunds exceeds 30% of your total purchase amount, we
regretfully must pause any further refund requests. This measure remains
in effect until your account's refund-to-purchase ratio returns to
within normal parameters.
12. We do not provide refunds
for AVS mismatches, but if you have a good purchase history, you can
create a ticket and we will consider your issue.
13. Bitcoin transactions total
valued less than $100 are not accepted. If you deposit less than $100 in
Bitcoin, your funds will be lost.
